The Monterosa Apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has an independent entrance which can be accessed through an external staircase directly on a fantastic 60 sqm private terrace, where you can enjoy wonderful moments eating outdoors, preparing a barbeque, protecting yourself from the sun under the pergola, enjoying the sun on the sunbeds or having a drink in the lounge area at sunset. The views over the valley from here is unbeatable!

Inside the apartment you will be welcomed by an open space with a fully equipped Scavolini design kitchen and dining area for eight people, living room lit up by a large Zarfatti ceiling lamp with sofa and TV. At this level you will also find three separate bedrooms with two beds each, two with an en suite bathroom and one with an external bathroom. A modern steel staircase leads to the room in the tower, where there is another double bedroom and a private bathroom. All bedrooms are eqipped with A/C for your convenience.
