Oleandro

The Oleandro Apartment is on the ground floor with spectacular view on the valley. You will experience the most beautifull sunsets ever, sitting under the portico with a relax area with comfortable sofa and big beanbags. A big table and barbeque for your outdoor meals. If the evening is a bit chilly in spring or fall, there is also an outside fireplace . Also 3 sunbeds are available. Thanks to the big portico you can choose to be in the sun or the shade.

Inside you find a refurbished traditional roof with wooden beams. You will be welcomed by an open space with a fully equipped Scavolini design kitchen and dining area, living room with sofa and TV. You will also find three separate bedrooms with large (160×210 or 80×210) boxspring beds each, a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and separate toilet and the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. Both bathrooms have a spacious rainshower and glass doors which can be closed and double sink. All the furniture has been chosen with attention to style and detail.

The property includes an annex with storage and washing machine. Also 2 mountains bikes are available. Around the pool there are sunbeds, 4 per apartment.
