Cherry House is a typical Marche country house renovated into a contemporary holiday home, with maximum attention to comfort, privacy and respect for the natural settings.
The property has a large pool 12mx5m with a shallow area for children (depth: 45cm) and landscaped garden of 6000mq surrounding the house with olive trees, cherry trees and tall beeches. From the house and the garden you can enjoy stunning views of the rolling hills.
Cherry House is located 2km from the small medieval high-town village of Petritoli and 13km from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea. From these hills you can easily reach the mountains and the sea depending on your preferences.

All three apartments share a large 12 x 5 metre swimming pool with a shallow children’s section (45 cm deep), as well as a beautifully landscaped 6,000 m² garden filled with olive trees, cherry trees and elegant beeches.
From each apartment, and from the garden, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the rolling hills, making it an ideal setting for relaxing by the pool or eating outside together.
